We had the Eloise 3 weeks and found it too firm. Called retailer (Martins, Tecumseh, MI) we purchased from and asked if we could exchange. Serta gave them the ok and we picked the Prescott Hybrid. Much better and already used to the mattress to sleep on

We have been using Serta mattresses for last 30 years. Very happy with this Prescott hybrid. Very comfortable, top layer is very soft and cool, feels great as soon as you lay on the bed.

It is a very firm matress, side sleepers beware. It does bother my wife when she is on her side. But inly had 2 nights so hopefully gets better.

10/23/2024, and am still evaluating within the 120-day trial. The mattress is well made, but is too soft for my back. A firmer product may be needed.

This is the perfect bed for people who prefer different mattress firmness levels. I am a side sleeper and this is the best mattress I have ever slept on. It's supportive enough without being too firm to make me sore or wake throughout the night. My partner sleeps on their back primarily and they fall asleep so quickly compared to the last mattress we had. I tend to sleep hot, and I haven't had any issue with staying cool enough using this mattress either. It's fantastic.

We got this mattress to upgrade our son from a twin to a queen size - since he's the one using it, here is his review:
The mattress isn't as soft as my previous mattress, however It does still give a good night's sleep. It also regulates your body temperature quite well allowing for the night's sleep to be even better than it already would be. So far it's felt quite stable and I haven't worried about support in the slightest.

I am so happy I got selected to test this mattress out. It is 13 inches thick and a hybrid perfect sleeper. I love the firmness of it, while still being memory foam, and it does stay cool throughout the night, even with using cotton sheets. I don't wake up with any kind of body aches since sleeping in this mattress for about 3 weeks.

I can't tell you how excited I was to snag this mattress! The mattress itself is absolutely beautiful. It looks like a floral design in white on a dark blue mattress. I've never seen a prettier mattress! It's very heavy and solid. It's hybrid and has both springs and memory foam. When I laid down on it, it was soft and my body did sink a little but felt supported. I am a bigger person in weight and height so it was nice to feel support. The first night I had the mattress, I slept an entire 12 hours!! I have a bad back and I wasn't sore the next morning. I didn't toss or turn either. I'm glad I got the opportunity to try this mattress because I wouldn't have considered a hybrid. I always thought the memory foam wouldn't support me enough. I would absolutely recommend this mattress!

Right away i can tell the quailtiy of the mattress is durable and we made. The support of this mattress is really great. My back and hips felt support and comfortable. I live in AZ and its currently the middle of summer. I'm a very hot sleeper. This mattress definitely significantly cooler than my previous "cooling mattress" Overall I am very impressed. I would recommend!

An ideal mattress even for a hot climate like in our city, because there is a cooling function. Very soft for medium meatiness. It looks beautiful, dark blue color. For this money, it's great. The support is excellent

Wow! This mattress completely blew me away. Prior to receiving this, I was sleeping on a 7 year old worn out memory foam mattress. I didn't realize how bad it had become until the first night on this mattress.
The medium-firm is absolutely perfect. You sink slightly in, but still feel wonderfully supported. The cooling feature is amazing! I normally wake up sweating at night, but not since sleeping on the perfect sleeper.
It feels incredibly well made and like it will last a long time. I would recommend this mattress to anyone. My fiancee and I (and our dog) all have plenty of space!

This mattress was very comfortable. At night it doesn't get too cold or too hot. I was having back problems and it helped with back support. I do have to say it's very heavy. But it ease my back pain.
