There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. * Comfort guarantee - customers May exchange mattresses within 120 days (minimum 30 days) for another mattress of equal or greater value. Delivery fee of $50 will apply.

* No Refunds will be given for open merchandising. Items will be considered for exchange only. Refund processing takes approximately 7 to 10 business days.

* No refund request will be considered without the customer's receipt. Telephone cancellations are not acceptable.

* All sales on special order, as-is, or discounted merchandise are final. There will be no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on these items.

* NOTE: all refunds must be done at the store where the original purchase was finalized.

* There are no refunds on Comfort or warranty exchanges, or on products that are stained, soiled, or damaged.
