I believe I got a very good deal and a delivery. People were excellent very courteous very quick in and out before I knew it and when I called to ask what time they would be here I had a great experience with that. There was a very nice young lady that I spoke to that was able to help me so all around I gotta give you a five star.

We had a very good experience at Mattress Market. It was the third place we had gone too. The others were like car salesmen. This is our suxth deal working with Steve and his wonderful sales and install staff. Nancy in sales helped get us get the right size adjustable base to match the recent mattress purchase and great install and delivery was a snap. I give them 5 STARS! Guess what? I would give 10 stars for the service I received. Diane at the 20th Street store is an absolute gem. She is so knowledgeable, friendly and non-pushy (I hate pushy sales staff)! I ended up purchasing the mattress she recommended after she picked my brain as far as my needs are concerned. Originally I aimed at a Tempurpedic mattress but they weren’t available at this store , but the other location on US 1 had them. So I went over there and was taken care of by Steve. Same excellent service and great feedback - I learned a lot about mattresses. Needless to say, I was hooked on the mattress Diane suggested for me and back to her store I went(even though it is the same business, I wanted her to have the sale since she spent so much time with me). My purchase date was Wednesday, the mattress was delivered the following Friday, doesn’t get much better than that. The delivery crew was equally awesome, ahead of schedule, put everything together in no time and took all old stuff with them. All I can say, anybody in need of a new mattress should definitely give this business a try. I know I won’t go anywhere else.

We found our forever bed here. At 79 years old, it's quite possible that if I die in my sleep, it will be in the mattress we bought here, and are awaiting delivery to our forever home, to which we'll move in a week. Nancy is a treat to work with, and consultative rather than sales focused. As someone who's been in sales most of my life, I recognize that solutions are the best approach to making the sale, and she personified the low-key, informative style. With the thousands of choices today, someone who'll ask questions first, before having you lie down on anything, is your best consultant. Nancy directed us through several different solutions (method of construction, soft-through-firm, warranty, and guarantee) which ended up with a Puffy (what kind of name is THAT??) Lux, their nearly-softest of the line. Consumer reports agreed that it was a top quality mattress, and, which was important to my wife, considered among the softest and most comfortable for sleeping in all directions (back, sides, front) which is how we both sleep. The mattress itself is nearly motion-impervious, meaning that one of us shifts in their sleep, it doesn't disturb the other. The store atmosphere was low key, and, if you have a sweet tooth, she ha a bowl of mini-sized (like at halloween) candy bar flavors awaiting your craving!

Can I give 10 stars!?! I urgently needed a new bed for an elderly family member. I had a strict deadline because she was moving within the week. After I wasted my time at other local stores, Jason Mayhew helped me find the perfect bed at the perfect price - literally helping me measure the height of each and offering suggestions on a frame that would not be too tall for a very petite person. The day of delivery, there was a small snafu with the bed we selected. Jason jumped in and saved the day. He took what could have been an incredibly stressful situation and made it such an easy and enjoyable experience. Hands-down, I would not shop for a new bed anywhere else!

We were looking for a king mattress we went to many places all of them wanting to get you into a mattress that costs $3,000 and up.Then we seen mattress market and went in, the salesman was very accommodating and that store didn't have what we wanted so he sent us over to their other store.We were not pressured, we told them what we wanted and we purchased the mattress that we were looking for and not only that we got a real deal.I highly recommend going there. Your going to be treated like a person, not a dollar sign.Thank you Diane and Jason for making it work for us.Great team

We had the opportunity to stop in at Mattress Market over the Thanksgiving Holiday while looking for a box spring and mattress and the first person we met was Nancy and she just happened to be the salesperson on duty at that time.I told her up front what I was looking for and what I expected to spend.She was very understanding and agreed and started showing us around.She never once tried to bump us up to a higher priced set .Make a long story short in about an hour or so I had bought what I found out the next day afterthey delivered it I was better pleased with it than I was the night before.Nancy was a very knowledgeable and pleasant and we would be delightedto use her again if the need arises.Just drop by the Matress Market and askfor Nancy and tell her Robert Hicks sent you in.I can guarantee you will getwhat you are looking for and be extremely pleased once you leave.Thanks Nancy

After shopping around several other mattress stores in Vero my Mother and I decided to look at one more, Mattress Market. Best decision of the day. Our sales rep, Jason, was very knowledgeable, personable and funny. We explained what she was looking for and our price range. Jason was able to show her multiple mattresses that would fit her needs, the rest was up to her.Thank you Jason. Her mattress is being delivered on Tuesday. What a smooth transaction. I would highly recommend Mattress Market to everyone looking for a new bed or pillow.Bed was delivered and set up on Tuesday as scheduled. The old bed was removed.My mother loves her new bed and sleeps happily ever after.

Went to Mattress Market as the first step toward determining what type of mattress I wanted to replace guest room and master bedroom sets.Planned on visiting other retailers for comparative pricing and quality.The alternatives presented on the showroom floor were outstanding and Jason, the marketing representative, was extremely knowledgeable about the various products and made every effort possible to address my situation and furnishing concerns.
